Plug Black Jack Earthmover
Made in the USA!
BlackJack 8" Large Diameter Tyre Repair Plugs are premium-quality, heavy-duty repairs designed for larger puncture injuries where additional repair length and diameter are required. Manufactured for professional tyre repair applications, they provide a strong, flexible and dependable permanent repair.
Permanent Tyre Repair
BlackJack tyre repair plugs are manufactured using twelve strands of high-tensile fibre. Each individual strand is impregnated with BlackJack’s live butyl vulcanising rubber compound, producing a durable yet malleable repair that conforms closely to the size and shape of the tyre injury.
Carbon black is incorporated into the rubber compound to increase strength while matching the natural colour of the tyre. Once installed, the soft and flexible repair conforms to the puncture channel, helping to seal out moisture and dirt while minimising unnecessary stress on the tyre belts.
