Permanent Tyre Repair
BlackJack 6" Large Diameter Repair Plugs are specifically designed for heavy-duty truck tyre puncture repairs where a larger repair plug is required.
Each BlackJack repair is constructed using twelve strands of high-tensile fibre. Every individual strand is impregnated with BlackJack’s live butyl vulcanising rubber compound, creating a strong yet flexible repair that conforms to the size and shape of the tyre injury.
Carbon black is incorporated into the rubber compound to increase strength while providing a finish that matches the tyre. The soft, malleable construction allows the repair to conform closely to the puncture channel, helping seal out moisture and dirt while minimising unnecessary stress on the tyre belts.
