The Chicago Pneumatic CP7782-6 is a powerful 1" pneumatic impact wrench designed specifically for demanding truck, bus, heavy vehicle and commercial tyre changing applications. Delivering up to an impressive 2,600Nm (1,920 ft-lb) of maximum reverse torque, it provides the power required for removing stubborn wheel nuts and heavily tightened fasteners.
Featuring a 6" extended anvil, the CP7782-6 provides additional reach when working with recessed wheel nuts and deep wheel assemblies. Combined with its heavy-duty 1" square drive and D-handle configuration, it is particularly well suited to commercial tyre shops, fleet workshops and heavy vehicle service operations.
At the heart of the CP7782-6 is a Pinless Rocking Dog impact mechanism. Its closed, reinforced design is engineered for durability under intensive bolting and unbolting applications. The aluminium body and steel clutch housing provide a strong construction capable of withstanding demanding workshop environments.
An integrated protective cover around the clutch housing provides additional protection for both the tool and surrounding components during operation.
For improved control, the CP7782-6 features rear-mounted power regulators with three forward and three reverse settings. This allows the operator to adjust power output according to the application, with maximum forward working torque of 2,000Nm and maximum reverse torque of 2,600Nm.
The D-handle provides a secure grip and greater control over the substantial torque output, while the tool's relatively low vibration level helps improve operator comfort during regular workshop use.
