Molytec COPATEC is a premium copper-based anti-seize compound developed to protect metal components against corrosion, galling and seizing in demanding automotive, industrial, marine and mechanical applications.
Formulated with copper and metallic particles, anti-oxidants and corrosion inhibitors in a bentone base, COPATEC provides a durable protective barrier between mating metal surfaces. It is particularly useful on threaded fasteners and assembled components that may otherwise become difficult to dismantle after prolonged exposure to heat, moisture, chemicals or corrosive operating conditions.
COPATEC is designed for harsh environments and remains effective at surface temperatures up to 1100°C. Its resistance to acid, alkali, seawater, water and steam makes it an extremely versatile anti-seize compound for workshop, maintenance and industrial applications.
