With a massive 20 ton (40,000 lb) lifting capacity, this jack combines powerful air-assisted hydraulic operation with the ability to operate manually using the supplied two-piece lifting and lowering handle. This versatility makes it an excellent choice for workshops as well as mobile service applications where compressed air may not always be available.

Its compact bottle jack configuration provides substantial lifting capacity without requiring excessive workshop space. The fully welded cylinder and frame, extra-thick base and heavy-duty components are engineered to provide excellent strength, stability and service life in demanding working environments.

The chrome-plated piston provides additional protection against rust and corrosion, while an integrated safety valve helps protect against overloading. A double-spring design provides controlled descent as hydraulic pressure is released.

For greater flexibility when positioning the jack beneath a lifting point, the heat-treated adjustable extension screw provides an additional 4" of adjustment. This allows the saddle height to be set more precisely before lifting and helps minimise unnecessary cylinder extension.

For pneumatic operation, the jack includes a 4 ft swivel-end air hose with a convenient handheld push-button trigger. The trigger incorporates a 1/4" NPT air inlet, in-line air filter and airflow latch for convenient continuous airflow while raising the jack under load.
