ESCO Pro Series 20 Ton “Shorty” Air Hydraulic Bottle Jack – Super Low Profile

Developed with the heavy-duty tyre service industry in mind, the Shorty combines an impressive 20 ton (40,000 lb) lifting capacity with a super-low minimum height of just 7.125" (181mm). This makes it particularly well suited to commercial trucks, buses, tractors, agricultural equipment and other heavy vehicles or machinery where a conventional bottle jack may be too tall to position beneath the lifting point.

The fully welded cylinder and frame provide excellent structural strength and extended service life, while the extra-thick 1.25" base provides additional support and stability in demanding workshop, fleet and roadside service environments.

For maximum versatility, the jack can be operated pneumatically using compressed air or manually using the supplied two-piece lifting and lowering handle. The pneumatic system operates at 110–125 PSI and includes a 4 ft swivel-end air hose with a convenient handheld push-button trigger.

The air trigger incorporates a 1/4" NPT inlet, an in-line air filter to help protect and extend the service life of the air motor, and an airflow latch that allows constant airflow while raising the jack under load.

A chrome-plated piston provides additional resistance against rust and corrosion, while the heavy-duty chrome-plated air motor incorporates wear-resistant components for dependable professional performance.
