T&T Tyre Branding Iron 16E 240 Volt

The branding head features a T-slot system designed to accept the supplied 1/2" characters. Letters and numbers can be arranged in different combinations to suit individual identification requirements, providing flexibility without the need for separate branding tools.

Set screws in the branding head securely hold the characters in position, allowing the maximum number of characters to be installed without requiring a stop spacer. Characters can also be inserted or removed from the heated tool using suitable pliers, helping make character changes straightforward during workshop use.

For additional convenience and safety during operation, the branding iron incorporates a built-in stand, allowing the heated branding head to remain elevated from the work surface when the tool is not actively being used.

Supplied with a complete A–Z letter and 0–9 number set, this tyre brander provides everything required to create a wide variety of permanent tyre identification combinations.
