Engineered for professional tyre service applications, the RILLFIT Six is particularly suited to regroovable truck, bus, forklift and other commercial tyres. Its combination of precise heat control, comfortable handling and excellent manoeuvrability allows the operator to produce controlled grooves while working efficiently across different tread patterns.

The cutting head incorporates a micro-switch activation system. Only slight pressure is required to activate the heating element, allowing heat to be applied as the blade moves through the rubber. This provides the operator with greater control while reducing unnecessary heating when the cutting head is not engaged.

An adjustable transformer provides multiple settings to accommodate different blade resistance requirements, while the reinforced transformer is designed for reliable professional operation on a 230V supply.

The blade holder offers seven adjustment positions across a 2–28mm range, providing excellent versatility when setting up the regroover for different blade configurations and grooving requirements. The blade insertion system is designed to maintain positive electrical contact and efficient heat transfer, while air-gap insulation between the two halves of the cutting head helps prevent electrical short circuits.

The fully insulated, impact-resistant plastic housing provides additional protection and durability for regular workshop use.
