Bias Ply Patch Diagonal

Engineered with both strength and durability in mind, the patch incorporates a reinforcing inner layer constructed from strong nylon fibres. This reinforcement provides additional structural support to the repair while maintaining the flexibility required to perform effectively within the tyre.

The bonding and reinforcing layers are combined into an integrated construction, helping prevent separation and providing a secure, durable repair. A specially compounded rubber construction further contributes to the strength and service life of the repair.

Different patch configurations are available according to the location of the tyre injury. MB patches are designed for tread-area repairs, while MS patches are intended for sidewall applications, allowing the appropriate repair unit to be selected for the particular tyre and injury.

These patches offer excellent versatility and can be used with either cold or hot curing repair processes when used with the appropriate Maruni repair products.
