Maruni Power Valkaseal LP-2030 repair plugs are extra-long 200mm professional tyre repair strings designed for repairing suitable puncture injuries in the tread area of tubeless radial and bias tyres. Their external installation method allows repairs to be performed without removing the tyre from the wheel, providing an efficient solution for professional tyre repair applications.
Each Power Valkaseal plug features a non-vulcanised rubber outer surface combined with an internal nylon fibre reinforcement. This specialised construction provides strength and flexibility while allowing the repair material to conform closely to the prepared puncture channel during installation.
The plugs feature a specially designed cross-sectional profile that changes towards a rounded shape as the material is inserted. This helps the plug conform to the shape of the prepared injury channel, filling the puncture and assisting in creating a secure and effective seal.
