Maruni Radial OTR & Tractor Tyre Repair Patches – Made in Japan
Maruni Radial Patches are specifically designed for permanent internal repairs to large radial tyres used on agricultural, tractor, earthmoving and heavy construction equipment.
Available in a wide range of sizes, the MR series provides repair options for different types and sizes of tyre injuries. Their heavy-duty construction makes them particularly suited to demanding applications where strength, flexibility and durability are essential.
The rubber compound is formulated for strength and long service life, while an internal reinforcing layer of strong nylon fibres provides additional support to the repaired area. The bonding and reinforcing layers are combined into a single repair unit to help prevent separation during service.
These repair units can be either cold cured using a chemical self-vulcanising process or hot cured, allowing professional tyre repairers to select the appropriate repair method for the application.
